What is Rebirthing Breathwork?
Rebirthing Breathwork is a powerful breath based process specifically designed to facilitate deep personal change and transformation by:

Rebirthing breathwork works to rapidly increase the level of your internal energy and this starts a process of deep inner purification.
I both facilitate and teach mindfulness meditation and facilitate rebirthing breathwork. I undertook rebirthing breathwork with Diane Roberts, one of the UK’s top professionals, and Vivation® breathwork sessions and Professional Teacher Training with Jim Leonard, one of the great innovators of modern breathwork. I am a Vivation Professional.
I have provided professional breathwork training and personal sessions for over 10 years.
I also have over 35 years of experience with a broad range of energy based therapies and personal development practices including: karate, yoga, TM®, tai chi, reiki, as well as a broad range of energy psychology techniques – Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Tapas Acupressure technique (TAT).

Is it for me?
Rebirthing breathwork is intense. It is particularly suitable for anyone who feels ‘stuck’ in life: in their relationships, their career, or just in general. Rebirthing breathwork is not ‘talk’ therapy nor does it involve ‘analysis’ of any kind. It works with high levels of energy, but it is your own life energy. You control the intensity and duration so that you can stay within your own ‘comfort zone’. You go as fast or as slowly as you feel comfortable with.
How many sessions do I need & how are they structured?
You should think in terms of taking 6 – 10 sessions. Each session lasts roughly one hour. You should take no more than 1 to 2 sessions a week. You will lay on a treatment bed, relax and then commence circular breathing. As your energy increases you will monitor your own comfort level and modify you breathing to stay within your own comfort zone. No one will ‘push’ you to do more than you are comfortable with.
Can anyone do it?
Rebirthing breathwork is intense. You need to decide how much you want change in your life. If you feel stuck in your career, relationships or just in life generally or you do not know in which direction to go or what to do next, then rebirthing will allow an answer to emerge in just a short time.
Is rebirthing breathwork contraindicated?
Because of the high levels of energy involved you should not practice rebirthing breathwork if you are already under medical and/or psychiatric supervision. You should avoid it if you have serious cardiovascular problems. In such cases you will find that mindfulness meditation will offer a far better solution for you.
